The First Floor of the Villa

A modern elevator brings guests to the first floor of the Villa, which can also be reached by an ancient stone staircase. The first floor hosts the study and living area, with a writing desk, a satellite TV and an elegant terrace overlooking Lake Como and the Alps.

The two wings of the Villa host seven bedrooms — three twin rooms in the North Wing and four queen rooms in the South Wing — furnished with original antiques, fully air-conditioned, and each with its own bathroom. From the balconies, guests enjoy a 360° view over the park and pool, the lake in front of the Villa, and the Italian garden facing Centro Lago.
